FAQ
›Is importing safe? Can this touch my account?
No. The history URL your game generates contains a temporary, read-only authkey that can only fetch pull records. It cannot log in, spend currency, or change anything. It also expires within roughly a day. PullDeck relays it once to fetch your history and never stores it.
›Where is my data stored?
In your own browser's IndexedDB, on your device. There is no account and no server-side copy. Export your data as JSON from the tracker page any time, and clear it any time. If you clear your browser site data, your history goes with it, so export backups occasionally.
›Why do I need to re-import regularly?
The official gacha APIs only return about the last 6 months of pulls. If you wait longer than that between imports, the older pulls fall out of the window and can't be recovered. Import every banner or two; PullDeck merges and deduplicates automatically.
›My import says the authkey expired.
Authkeys last about 24 hours. Open the wish/warp/convene history screen in the game again, grab a fresh URL, and retry.
›How is the 50/50 calculated?
Any event-banner 5★ that is a standard-pool character counts as a lost flip, which makes your next 5★ guaranteed featured. Wuthering Waves' featured weapon banner has no flip at all: every 5★ is the featured weapon, and PullDeck models it that way.
›Which banners are supported?
Genshin: Character Event (both parallel banners), Weapon, Standard, and Chronicled. Star Rail: Character Event, Light Cone, and Standard. Wuthering Waves: Featured Resonator, Featured Weapon, Standard Resonator, and Standard Weapon.
›Is PullDeck affiliated with HoYoverse or Kuro Games?
No. PullDeck is an unofficial fan-made tool. All game names and assets belong to their respective owners.
